Over the course of a nearly 25 year career, leading middle market companies based in the United States with global market share have entrusted Keith with C-Level responsibility, as Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel/ Lead Outside Counsel and Chief Restructuring Officer. Keith’s engagements typically involve the reimagination of privately held business to achieve long term sustainability and enhance shareholder value.
His strategic engagements often involve private equity funded recapitalizations, significant debt and equity capital raises, syndicated lending and the sale of privately held businesses.
For decades, Keith has maintained trusted relationships with high net worth family groups, family offices and leading community banks.
Since 2008, Keith has been an adjunct professor at Albany Law School, teaching a JD/MBA level course which uses leveraged management buy-out transactions as a platform for teaching business sensitivity/stress tested financial modeling, debt and equity underwriting and results at exit analysis.

An associate with K. Goldstein & Co., Amanda is a knowledgeable and thoughtful transactional attorney, advising privately held companies in a variety of corporate matters. With a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics and, a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in business law, she has a well-developed understanding of transactions from business perspective first and foremost. Amanda’s understanding of business strategy allows her to thoughtfully negotiate agreements on behalf of her clients, including agreements related to utility scale renewables transactions, master service agreements, credit facility agreements, purchase and sale agreements and buy/sell agreements.
An integral member of K. Goldstein & Co.’s robust CFO practice, Amanda prepares projected financial statements used to forecast a client’s financial health and strategic challenges. Her financial modeling aids clients when assessing the economic feasibility of new ventures and provides substantive information to guide conversations with creditors, shareholders and management teams.
Amanda has performed due diligence for a variety of transactions from real property to the sale of privately held businesses to SEC compliance for international broker dealers.
Amanda was a New York Court Pro Bono Scholar, dedicating over 500 hours with the Legal Projects Homeowners Foreclosure Unit, advising indigent clients in credit negotiations, foreclosure defense and bankruptcy relief.
Amanda is admitted to practice in New York State. She is fluent in English, French and Chinese.
